These terms govern the use of the Sweets of Oman Trading LLC website and any wholesale or distribution enquiry submitted through it.

1. Wholesale Trade Inquiries

All pricing, minimum order quantities and lead times quoted through this website are indicative and subject to written confirmation. A binding supply agreement exists only once a formal proforma invoice has been issued and accepted.

2. Brand Labeling and Intellectual Property

All brand names, logos, packaging designs and product photography shown on this site remain the property of their respective owners. Nothing on this site grants a licence to reproduce, alter or re-label any represented brand without prior written consent.

3. UAE Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute arising from trade conducted with Sweets of Oman Trading LLC falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

4. Cold Chain & Product Delivery

Products are dispatched under temperature-controlled conditions appropriate to confectionery goods. Once a consignment has been signed for by the buyer or their appointed carrier, responsibility for maintaining storage conditions passes to the buyer. Claims relating to condition on arrival must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
